A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Your questions, answered.

Explore how referral rewards and affiliate commissions work.

Do I need followers to take part?+

No. Refer a Friend is open to people without an audience. Affiliate applicants can also be considered with a small but relevant audience.

Do I need to buy something first?+

No purchase is required to join either program.

How do I get a referral or partner link?+

For Refer a Friend, enter your email in the referral signup form below to get your personal link. For the Affiliate Program, apply using the application button. Approved partners receive their affiliate link after review.

When will a reward or commission arrive?+

We manually review qualifying orders before issuing referral rewards or approving commissions. Affiliate payment timing and method are confirmed before the partnership is approved.

What happens if an order is refunded?+

Cancelled orders and refunded amounts do not qualify for rewards or affiliate commission.

Can I earn on my own purchases?+

No. Purchases made by you or through another account you control do not qualify. Rewards and commission apply only to your own direct, qualifying referrals.

Can I join from my country?+

Eligibility is subject to the countries available in the registration form and the payment methods available for your country. Affiliate payment timing and method are confirmed before the partnership is approved.

Can I join both programs?+

The same email address cannot register for both the customer referral program and the affiliate program. Contact CHILLMIND before switching programs. Each qualifying order can earn either one referral reward or one affiliate commission for one participant.

Program terms & conditions+

One order, one program. Only one program and one participant may be credited for a qualifying order. Orders are manually reviewed to apply this rule.

No self-referrals. Purchases made by you or through another account you control do not qualify. Different people may refer each other on separate eligible purchases; each receives only their own direct-order reward.

Referral rewards. 10% off a qualifying order / $5 shopping coupon for a future CHILLMIND order. Conditions: For future CHILLMIND purchases; cannot be withdrawn as cash. Combining offers: Subject to checkout eligibility. Expiry: As stated on the issued coupon, if applicable. Review time: After manual review of the qualifying order.

Affiliate terms. Earn commission on approved qualifying sales — 15% commission. Payout schedule: Confirmed before the partnership is approved. Payment method: Confirmed with the applicant before the partnership is approved. Brand materials: Use only CHILLMIND-approved materials as agreed with the brand.

Qualifying orders are manually reviewed. Cancelled orders, refunded amounts and self-referrals do not qualify for rewards or commission.
